Return and Refund Policy


Return and Refund Policy is coverage program that is designed to protect all of our customers against unsatisfying or damaged products by offering 100% return or refunds based on our customers’ preferences.


This policy will only be applicable if the item/order that you wish to return is purchased via


Purchases from Nanyang Electric Co. (M) Sdn Bhd Office (Taman Kepong) and other e-commerce platforms will not be eligible for this policy.


We have a fourteen (14) days return or refunds policy upon your receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:


  • Buyer’s application must be submitted to
  • The Item has not been received by Buyer
  • The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery
  • The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item.
  • No return is allowed if buyer purchased wrong item or change of mind.
  • The products packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
  • Buyer’s is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Nanyang Electric Co (M) Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their full refund within 14 after the confirmation.
